What can I return?

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. You may return any product purchased through us for any reason within 30 days of purchase.

When will I get my refund?

Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.

Will NCSA do replacements for a damaged certificate?

If your certificate is damaged in transit please contact us, we may be able to offer a replacement at no cost. For certificates damaged in your care we offer discounted replacements which can be ordered through your account.

How do I cancel my OnDemand Training service?
