Test your skills out as a computer Hardware Technician with the NCSA online certification exam CH-211 Computer Hardware Technician 2011. Proficiency demonstrated by taking and passing our exam shows potential employers that you are competent and familiar with the key components that make up modern computers and are equipped with the basic skills to diagnose and repair hardware.

The exam will cover the basic knowledge of computer hardware, some more advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic areas, as well as a section on interoperability and networking. This program is appropriate for those seeking a job in a wide variety of fields from PC repair to network administration. Exam questions are multiple choice and come from three different categories which are shown in the box below along with the approximate percentage of questions from each category.
