What is a card code and where can I find it?

A card code is a security device added by your credit card company to verify that the person using the card is the actual owner. The card code is a three or four digit number on the back side of your card in the signature block. Visa and Mastercard use a three digit number and American Express uses a four digit. The image below shows you where to find your card code.
